The 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment resulted in a change in our action teams. Starting in 2025, the Health Dunn Right Action Teams are:

The mission of Health Dunn Right is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and our community within Dunn County through advocacy, collaboration, education, and peer support. Health Dunn Right's goals are to reduce health disparities and help those who need it most.

How did Health Dunn Right Start?

In 2019, a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) was conducted in Dunn County. This CHNA led to Health Dunn Right and 5 Action Teams being created:

Since then, Health Dunn Right has actively engaged members of the community to address the top health priorities that are identified by community members, just like you!​​
